Tessa is a wizard!! She is thorough, thoughtful, and very clever with a helpful previous life in accounting. We were a little nervous to list our house because there were similar properties to ours sitting on the market for months at a time, but Tessa listed it at a competitive price and we got three offers way over asking in ONE DAY! Plus, every step was smooth and organized and she was available/flexible any time we needed to chat.
