Victoria’s market currently offers buyers more choice than we have seen in recent years, with inventory remaining elevated compared with the same time last year. That can be helpful for downsizers who want to sell one property and take their time finding the right next home.

It is also worth speaking with your financial advisor about how a move could affect your broader retirement or financial plans.
