Your Monthly real estate update
Hello everyone & happy July!
As we step further into the summer season, the Greater Victoria real estate market continues to show signs of balance and stability. According to the latest Victoria Real Estate Board statistics, inventory levels remain healthy with over 4,000 active listings available across the region, giving buyers more options and creating a more comfortable pace for those looking to make a move. While sales activity has remained steady, well-priced and well-presented homes continue to attract attention from motivated buyers.
With a more balanced market, both buyers and sellers have opportunities to make confident decisions. Buyers are benefiting from increased selection and more time to explore their options, while sellers can still take advantage of consistent demand by preparing their homes strategically and pricing them appropriately. As we move through the summer months, staying informed and understanding the local market remains one of the best tools for making successful real estate decisions.
